First of all, congratulate yourself. You found out the truth before he had a chance to hurt you even worse. You got him to admit his true feelings BEFORE you had sex with him. Second, you deserve real love and you know it. You are a very smart cookie. You put the garbage out. You think you still love him because he led you to believe that he cared about you, too. You don't love him, your are hurt by him. See him as the manipulating liar that he is and go out and have some fun with your girlfriends.
