I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

It may not be possible (or healthy) to lose 10 pounds in that amount of time, but here are some tips that can get you started:
-Drink a lot of water
-Drink fewer soft drinks, and drink diet ones
when you do.
-Pretzels are a great low-fat snack.
-Eat healthy, low fat foods like fruits and vegetables.
-Eat lean meats. (Chicken and Turkey)
-Bake foods instead of frying if possible.
- Cut back on sugars and starches.
-Eat breakfast: low-fat oatmeal, cereal, or yogurt...
-Exercise more. (Walking is a good way to burn calories.)
-Look up recipes for low-fat foods. (There are many ways to make your favorite foods lower in fat.)

Don't even think about it. To lose that much that fast would only cause serious problems with you health.
I could give you ideas, but I wouldn't forgive myself.

Eat a limited amount of fruit and veggies
chew gum if your craving food
drink lots of water
& exercise
but i dont recommend it , its not healthy

Work out alot and eat good food no greasy food then your beautiful skin will mess up ok now u better do it
