Well, if she danced with you, then she surely thought that she could like you or at least imagined you with her. And when the music slows down every girl thinks about a kiss or something romantic with the guy. Also she realizes that her toughts could be "read" so she could feel shy don't look in your eyes, cuz she's scared to kiss you, because she is scared. It's just like this. Give her time and when you dance with her or something closer give her the feeling that you like her and make the first steps you, but slowly, maybe she feels that you just "play" with her if you rush things. ;-) Gd luck!

haha. I love how all the guys who answered this said it's because she doesn't like you, and all the girls said it's because she likes you so much that she's nervous. I'd definately take the girls side of it because we know from previous experience. I myself never look at my boyfriend when I dance with him. i know I should, but it's hard and maybe this girl's just shy too. I'm sure she likes you. Good luck.

she is shy but might like you. Or could be that she doesn't have an interest but is dancing with you as friends. Either way man...hard to tell.

She is probable shy or she really likes you and doesn't want to mess up. It could be a lot of things, depending on the person.

Shes nervous.. A boy I liked asked me to slow dance the first time and I didn't look at him and I didn't smile and I didn't talk! I was so nervous!.. then I felt stupid for not talking to him so the next day at school I barely spoke to him. Good Luck :)

She could just be shy, or insecure with dancing. I doubt that she doesn't like you, otherwise she wouldn't have been dancing at all with you.

1. she doesn't like you or 2. she's nervous. she might have danced with you out of pitty but she may have actually liked you but she's shy and was nervous. i would talk to her and try to see if she has feeling for you or not...if you like her of course.

She either really likes u and doesnt know what to say and is really shy when she gets wround someone she likes or she likes u as a friend or doesnt like u at all but how to tell is the girl all jumpy and friendly all the time then she doesnt look at u it meens she doesnt like u but if like she is shy and doesnt know how to express her feelings but likes u inside
I am the same way with thsi guy i really feel like i love but she doesnt know how u feel tell her or better yet ask her out on a date or to b ur gf......

I think the girl is just shy. but always check for main points. like if she is red or blushing around you. that means she likes you. also check the tone of her voice that she talks to you in. does it sound more nice when she talks to you or does she just treat you like a friend. also check the way she acts. like if you hold the door for her or something. well i guess thats i know. i hope that helps you.
