I'm suppose to go meet my boyfriend's parents on Christmas, after our Christmas dinner. What am I suppose to wear, how am I suppos e to act, etc... They had invited me over for this day. Please, someone give me some advice 'cause I'm nervous as hell!!! My boyfriend's 29 and I'm 19! Please don't lecture me on the age gap, but concentrate more on meeting his parents.

It's understandable to be nervous before Meeting The Parents. :) You will do fine, though.
Make sure you
a. bring something (it's thoughtful)...flowers, covered dish, dessert
b. do NOT wear anything too revealing (low cut shirt, mini skirt, crazy make up)
c. do not talk about religion, politics, sex (ah, that old adage!) so true though!

Just smile and make good conversation and let them know how lucky THEIR son is to be dating you :)

GOOD LUCK and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Sister sister sister I'm 66 are you going to toss my answer because of the gap???
First calm down. It seems to me, by your words here, your pushing or pulling this out of proportion.
Your bou is going to take you ''''''home'''''' for Christmas WOW !! he is going to show you off to mom and dad !! Be proud !
So accept it:
FIRST your dress: as you might be going to church (like midnight mass) good stuff... BE pretty.
How to act: Be polite ! Do you have your manners? Look to your bou: but don't be afraid to tell your story. You can always blush if your not sure and change the subject by asking another question.
Don't forget to compliment ?mom.
If your there early, offer to help in the kitchen ETC.
OH your having dinner out. OH well! Should have invited them also. but
Your ultimate goal would be to become a daughter (inlawBS)
So relax they will want to warm to their son's choice. Fear not !
I hope I have given you some ideas and a little confidence.
Have the happiest of Christmases and wonderful New Year.

Firstly, relax. It might not seem like it now, but it's not that bad. Where are you meeting them? If it's at their house, casual but nicely dressed would be appropriate. If you're meeting them out, it'd depend where, but you might need to be a bit more dressed up.

Just remember to relax, be yourself and wear something you're comfortable in. Though I wouldn't recommend anything too low cut or really short skirts etc, cos that might give them the wrong impression.

Merry Xmas and Good luck.

First off You are an adult so who cares about the age difference. I suggest you wear something semi casual. Shows a good impression. Good luck and Merry Christmas.

Ask your man how they usually dress for Christmas that way you don't risk the chance of dressing to down or too uppity.

And just be yourself. Be respectful and use your manners of course. Don't distance yourself...these could be your future in laws and you don't want to seem stuck-up...chime into their conversations and answers their questions.

You'll be nervous no matter how prepared you are...it's normal. Good luck :).

The best person to ask is your boyfriend. he should be able to tell you how his parents expect you to dress for the day, Clothing aside, just try to be yourself. His parents should get to know the real you,not some image of you given them to make a good impression. Chances are if they see that you make their son happy, then they will be happy with you as well. Good Luck!

First of all relax!!!! Look you are trying to make a good impression but you should also just me yourself! Just wear nicer casually clothes! Ask your boyfriend if they dress up or stay nice and sweet! Never change who you are to make someone like you they either do or do not! My boyfriend and I are 10 years apart! Remember be respectful and polite but be yourself! and relax

Ask you're boyfriend wether you should dress up or not and if he says no, just dress nice but casual. As for how to act..just be nice and respectful and try and be yourself. Try not to make it akward, be sorta relaxed but not too much. If that makes any sense. Good luck!
