Dealership, they have to plug into the cars computer and reprogram the remote and the security system

if it is a newer jeep where the key and keyless entry remote are in the same, you can do it yourself if you have 2 other remotes, you can buy the directions at http://www.ebay.com/. otherwise you have to take it to your jeep dealer.
