Never. Why would a bomber disrupt the most holy place on earth. Who would this bomber be? If you are suggesting a Muslim would bomb Mecca you are out of your mind. What would be the point of that. Hajj is not about politics its about showing your faith and respecting the word of God, showing your subservience. What would anyone have to gain by bombing Hajj? If you knew anything about the faith you would know how ridiculous your question is.
