It all depends if it is a professional sport or not, if it is just a fight, I would say all is fair. After all you are fighting to win.

Have you ever fought a brit? There is a base just outside my city where British and Canadian troops train together, and of course the brits go to the bars and wreak havoc, probably no more than any other people, but they stand out because of the accent, brits actually headbut all the time, and if you've never seen it before you won't see it coming, they start talking with thier head and moving it all around then smash it into your face. So maybe where you come from you have some below the belt fighting, but here in canada, pretty much the winner makes the rules. Go head butt a drunk brit for me.

Well this would depend on the person. Honestly I think that fighting honorably is important. With that said, it doesn't apply on the street. The person would have to earn that respect. So yes it is below the belt and yes I would consider doing it anyway, drunk or not. I'd also consider pinching under the arms, grabbing hair and/or ears, poking at face and/or eyes, kicks to shins, groin, stepping on knees, instep. Grabbing a handful of anything sensitive (guys/girls different there) etc, etc. Point being, when it matters, fight dirty, fight clean, just fight. What matters most is getting home hurt as little as possible as quick as possible.

Yes, headbutting is allowed, and in general, I don't think hitting below the belt is allowed, nor biting! Unless there is a big size difference.

Of course in a drunken fight you aren't really considering anyone's safety. You should consider this though; you may crush the person's sinus cavity located along the front of their forehead. A friend of mine was headbutted by his best friend and sustained exactly that. Think before doing something stupid. (They weren't even fighting, just playing around.)

Headbutting is definitally allowed....I was once bitten in a drunken fight and the best option at the time for me was a headbutt. I put a knot on his forehead about the size of a golfball...It was awesome

yep no rules in a drunken brawl
yes headbutts are good - I aim for the eyebrows and bridge of nose
eye gouge sure why not - i prefer to flick at the eyes - its easier and distracts well
biting is ok - i bit half of a guys lip off and that sure stopped him
the old nuggets of getting the testicles helps - kicks and knees are of course efective but dont overlook the power of a pinch, twist and yank when close quarter wrestling
in a street fight I want to really leave a mark on the dude and get out quick - not because I am a sadist but because I want him to learn a lesson - next time he might think twice and not attack someone who cant defend themselves as well as me

fight to 2 win but for legal purposes only use enuf force to get the job done. don't headbut if a punch will do . don't shoot them 4 times if they are incapicated only after one bullet. get my drift
if u are a martial artist courts will expect u to "restrain' ur self & will hold you at a higher standard of expections than a regular person

Sure, do what you have to, to win. There are no rules when it comes to fighting. There is no such thing as a fair fight, and expect no mercy from your opponent.
Always have a credible witness in your favor.
Try to remember your main motivation is to remove the threat to your life. if you are being graded, the results and not the method are what matter most.
