Here is an easy frosting, but you have to keep it refrigerated. 1 cup sour cream 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup sugar(according to how sweet you want it) stir to mix well Add the two together until well disolved ( 5 ot 10 minutes) Fold in one 12 oz cool whip You can add vanilla or other extracts to taste Frost cake and refrigerate. Makes enough for 3 layers

i like pumpkin spice cake so much that almost 2 years ago i made it for a party i was having on mothers day and the day b4 i was sampling it (LMAO) and was carrying a piece of cake and a bottle of water and wanted to go down to the basement for a min to talk to my hubby and on the first step i fell very very hard. ended up having surgery on my knee cause i twisted it very bad BUT I SAVED THE CAKE. good god i saved the freakin cake and ate on the way to the hospital lmao.. so yeah i like pumpkin spice cake with frosting =) happy holidays and enjoy.

it is delicious if you want to know how to make it will here it is
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin pie filling
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix together the dry ingredients. Add eggs, pumpkin and oil. Blend in nuts. Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
FROSTING:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
4 c. sugar
1-2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix in mixer. Frost when cake is cool.
