how do you get over a girl, who really have fallen for?
i find her to be a ideal match for me.
but she's already with someone who's like 7~10years older than her....
we are quite good friends, but from different race and backgrounds and can get along very well
I've tried asking her to spend some time alone, so that I can tell her what i feel, but she somehow denies it with a really good reason, so I decided to let her go.....
but its just so damn hard, i keep waking up in the middle of the nights and just cant get back to sleep again, i keep thinking of her at the back of my mind for the last few days~
I would really want to move on, any suggestions on how to forget a girl is greatly welcome.

call up your mates this works for me gettin over guys
tell them too meet you at like the mall or anywhere you like i goo boarding personally
have a blast and check out all the hot girls gets your mind off it
and hopefully you will meet someone there that will completely take your mind of the other people
and another thing you sound really sweet =] if that girl hasn't fallen for you shes not worth it just think of it like that

Well first off birds of a feather flock together ,,,, Secondly you said she's already attached so that makes her off limits to you ,,,,, Best to move on before you make a pest of yourself ,,,, If you like her as much as you say you do then give her space and leave her alone ,,,, How would you like it if she were your girl and someone else tried to horn in on your relationship ,,,,,, Time to back off and find someone else ,,,,

This may sound callous but...
You must of heard "There is a fine line between love and hate" - well it is true.
Take the pain the girl gives you by her rejection and turn it into the pain of betrayal. Hate her. How dare she betray you.
People say "let's stay friends" - yeah, that is fine for them but you are the one hurting.
She doesn't deserve you the trollop.

I know this may sound horrible, but staying busy is the only thing that works and that really doesn't help when you lay down at night.

Try finding another girl or spend your time reading a book.... But if you still can't get over her... try giving her a letter.. Telling her how you feel... If you never tell her you might regret it!

you should keep yourself busy.. and try to avoiud her unless necessary...
