i downloaded a video clip from google video with google video player but want to open it with Windows Media Player. It wont let me and says error Codec C00D1199 or something like that. Where can i download this Codec? or what can i do?

Download divx. It will install codecs for media player along with installing itself.

Update your player and it should ask you if you want to download the Codec when you come across one that it does not recongnize.

On windows Media Player their is an update. Update it Ver.10
or go to www.divx.com and download that to watch it.
