I know my dad is getting me one for christmas, even though I asked for a 24 inch. Is there a BIGBIGBIG difference?

It's about 5 inches smaller than what you asked for and 6 inches larger than what you could have gotten

19 inch is decent enough. Definitely better than a small 13 inch. I don't think there is a BIGBIGBIG difference between 24 and 19 except the obvious, but you can be happy with what your getting. It is a good size for a bed room!

Yes, there is a big difference. The 24 inch is about 26% bigger. But it is a gift, so you should be grateful for what you get. A 19 inch tv is still good.

I guess it's relative depending on where the TV will be. If it's going into a small/small-ish room. It would probably be big enough. I wouldn't consider a 19 inch TV big, but it's not tiny either.
