She is a very dark brown (at a glance or in photos it almost appears black) and has a white face with an eye patch, white belly and socks. Is there a specific name for her color?/markings?

She is a pit bull. All of those fancy names are just ways of getting more money for a dog.

Nope. Just brown / white markings. Evidently your dog is not registered as color is on the registration application .

Seal- appears black except has red or brown cast when viewed in sun or bright light.

Liver- deep brown with red tones.

Raven- the color of a dog has nothing to do with fancy names, it helps in identifying the dog and with the registration and place for a photo on the pedigree, a dispute over a dog can be settled short of a tattoo or microchip. You should know this if you have any registered dogs.

Example: one of my dogs was DK Fawn/ White and one of her pups was Fawn/ White.
