If I wanted to make a caramel cream frappacino at home (the ones with no coffee in) then how would I go about it? I have tried blending ice and milk with a caramel sauce but it tastes nothing like it. What do they add to make it so creamy?

Starbucks uses a premixed creme based. Its basically sugar and fine malt and non-fat milk. You can buy malt and mix it in but that doesn't taste to good either.
I suggest vanilla ice cream and to buy a bottle of caramel syrup from Starbucks. (yes, you can buy bottles on syrup)
Good luck! Oh and you can also use yogurt. Yum!

Chemicals ........ they simply add ice to a pre-mixed syrup! Unless you can get your hands on one of their tubs of the stuff, you'll be hard pushed to re-create it at home :(

Who cares? they are soo sturdy. i've got faith while you're frightened, have not got them upload whip cream and them get one extra shot of expresso to furnish help to artwork off the energy. Drink up!!!
