Nope.
Well, it's possible there is a little bit, similar ideas anyway. But then again, how many ways are there to do some things? I'm sure Mac has copied Windows stuff, too. Linux copied everybody else.
But the "Windows copied Mac" aka "I'm better than you" line is just wrong.

I believe Mac OS and Windows both copied features from Linux.
