Drink plenty of water. It will keep you feeling full while not taking in any calories or carbs. But hey, it's the holidays and sometimes you just can't resist that piece of pecan pie or the fudge your grandmother made. As long as you watch your portions, you can sample on all the goodies you please. : ) But also remember to get your fill at the veggie and fruit trays.

Drink water. It fills you up, and has no calories. Avoid alcohol. It has tons of calories.

don't eat anything @ all because all holiday foods are very calorie dense
