Weird? has this ever happend to anyone?

A couple of weeks ago I was sleeping then suddenly i woke up with my hands stopping my boyfriends knee from hitting my belly...has this ever happend to anyone before I thought it was so weird i was sound asleep how did i know his knee was about to hit me?

You're actually more awake than you think when you are asleep. If that makes any sense. You are very conscious of what's going on around you. It's not surprising.
