what the hell is with men? i've been seeing this guy for over a month...we've had some great times together. you know, the kind of times where you stay up all night just talking about life. i thought this might actually BE something. we saw each other once or twice a week, and would either talk or email at least once a day. it seemed to be going perfectly. then, all of a sudden...he just stopped contacting me! WTF? the last i heard from him was saturday. he asked me to hang out, but i had other plans. so i texted him (once) on sunday - nothing. i sent him an email (one) yesterday - nothing. i'm done making any more efforts - i don't want to seem desperate, and i definitely don't want someone who doesn't want me. if he wants to see me, he knows my number. is this what guys do nowadays, just drop you cold? i'm in my mid-20's, but haven't really dated anyone regularly for awhile. i know we had no 'commitment' toward one another but i didn't even get a real brush off! or am i overreacting?

Alot of men are cowards...same with wemon too. But I've been broken up with:
over the phone
through a friend
through email
over voicemail on my pager
guy dropped off the face of the earth
treated me like **** intentionally to get me to break it off
and then only a few times to my face.
And I'm in my mid 20's to. It's like they were scared of me.
It's disrespectful and I'm sorry your going through it.
Just blow off some steam and take time to feel better and forget him.

Your right, guys are assholes now a days. The time of chivalry and gentlemen is dead. Like you said if he wants to contact you he will. Till then just forget about 'em. You should look into reading this book my sister said is awesome "Why men love Bitches"
