Could you have low blood sugar? Do you get feeling shaky, a little cranky, nervous, or depressed just because you are hungry?

And does the hunger run you out of energy? Like you just can't do another thing until you get something to eat?

Low blood sugar can be serious, so I'd ask a doctor. Cause it is the precursor to diabetes, not always, but alot of the time.

Try getting more whole grains into you're diet. 100 percent whole wheat bread, things like that. Oatmeal for breakfast sometimes. Even whole grain muffins and doughnuts, just once in awhile for a treat, have some protein. And protein will stay with ya, it can be you're best friend.

Once in awhile, have eggs for breakfast if you like them! They are loaded with protein and they are cheap, and fast. And now health experts say you can have em' at least 3 times a week if you want, without raising cholesterol except for the good kind. And they are a great appetite depressant.

Now, if you are getting lots of exercise, in cold weather yet, you are burning alot of calories!

So you are gonna be almost constantly hungry, cause that is double burning! But you'll have great health, energy, and helping you're figure, too. About energy, exercisiing in cold weather can leave you exhausted now and then.

Hungry is not bad, just keep enough food availabe, even from a soup kitchen or shelter.
Glucerna of Dex4 can help with low blood sugar, but ask doctor. That works Great!

Hmmm, not very helpful answers so far!
If you are dieting then you need to choose your foods so that you are eating complex carbs. they keep you feeling full longer as the take longer to digest. Google the GI Diet by Rick Gallop, its a scientifically researcged diet, its not a fad and it uses real food. Its also very easy to follow. Its effective, I have lost almost 80lbs in 6 months with it.
All you need to get going is the book which you can pick up for around £5 on amazon (cheaper if you get a used book);

Drink pleanty of water and make sure that when you eat, you eat the right things. Contents such as caffeine will actually make you hungrier. Carbs fill you up fast, but I tend to get hungrier faster. Eat protien. When you are hungry, drink a full glass of water and a stick of string cheese or something. It will help you out alot.

Drink lots of water, if you don't like plain water you can buy flavored water and that will help fill you up. Also B12 helps to reduce your appetite and gives you energy.

Drink as much water as you possibly can. It helps to make your stomach feel a little less empty.
