Everything I exercise, I get a headache, from laying on my back, side, stomach, holding my head up, whatever.. I just hate it, because I want to exercise really bad, but this gets in the way.

your blood pressure may be elevating during exercise, see your doctor, tell him your symptoms may be something else to that. you may just need to drink water or gatorade to keep yourself hydrated during, headache a sign of dehydration also.

Sounds like your dehydrated. Always take water with you when you exercise and try bringing water to school and drink it throughout the day. It could also be squinting into the sun too that could cause headaches.

i used to have this problem, i found that cutting out meat, fried foods, (and\or) butter seemed to cut this feeling out of the way


you don't have to cut this out totally, but about a complete day before you excercise cutting all of these out gets rid of the headaches...although this is only a guess, if it continues, then mabye it's something else

That's an easy one. Don't exercise, it works for me. I get no post exercise headaches, ever.

ok, if you tie your hair let it down that maybe the cause, also try breathing a lot slower and deeper.
