the pain shooting down your leg is likely associated with your lower spine, and if you lay too long in one position when in bed, that is not uncommon. Suggest a chiropracter might be of more help to you than a doctor.

It seems like viable being pregnant sciatica. I have it, too, and it rather sucks. Waking up after I've been in mattress for a whilst is the worst. My physician stated Tylenol each and every four hours whilst it is insufferable, however as opposed to that I'll simply must cope. It will depart if the youngster shifts, or once you give. I attempted acupuncture and therapeutic massage, however neither have been potent for longer than an afternoon. I believe for you!

If you are in that much pain you need to see the doc to find out what is going on. As for your hands going numb at night that could be carpel tunnel. See the doc to find out what is happening with your leg though to be sure it is nothing serious.

Sounds like poor circulation. Stretching, and aerobics every day will help a LOT with the pain. And of course, go to a doctor, too.
