i made hard boiled eggs on Mon, peeled on Tues. didn't eat today. will the whites be ok tomorrow?

As long as you keep food refrigerated and below 40 F, (best around 36 F) most foods will be good for 7 days or longer. But I don't recommend eating anything after 7 days in the fridge. Just to be safe. But three or four days is plenty ok.

Well, I don't know. It seems you have waited some time to eat these eggs. But for now, I wouldn't recommend eating them because who knows you might get sick or infected and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want that. But I guess if they were refrigerated it wouldn't be so bad. Basically do what you think. But if I were you, I wouldn't.

Sure, as long as the eggs are refrigerated. My grandma makes boiled eggs everyday and sometimes we have leftovers. The leftovers are still good on the 3rd day.

If you kept them sealed in something, yes. If you let them sit out in the open air then I wouldn't recommend eating them. And yes, of course, I mean that you need to keep them in the fridge. Never eat ANYTHING perishable that's been sitting out on the counter for days (unless it's certain kinds of fruit... like bananas, they can be left out for days at a time... but NOT peeled).

I think they will be fine if kept cold.
A week is my limit for eggs.
