yes it depends on the disability. A friend of mine is deaf and blind that is really hard. I am only blind so it is easy for me

Some that cannot speak and have no hands, find other ways to commuicate, such as using a pencil or pen held with their mouth or feet!

Um I htink you should try to see if that person can read lips. If that specific person can not read lips then I would go to the libary and check out some books on that subject.
