I would cook it in an oven bag.
cook 3.5 to 4 hours until the internal temp reached 185 at 325 degrees.
I would take it out of the oven at 170. This is will allow for carry over cooking time.
You could do breast up or I have heard of folks cooking it breast side down; I have never done it though.

I usually roast mine at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes per pound. You want to cook it until it reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees and then let it rest for about 20 minutes (the carryover cooking should take it to about 175 before you carve it).

450 per pound/breast side always up: and heres how i bast my tukey,1 stick of butter,1/4 cup of brown sugar/salt and pepper/the seasonnings u like/mix to gether in a small bowl,every hour,brush some glaze on,plus you turkey will be lightly brown,and yummy,and very tender.good luck.

wash your turkey - salt & pepper it - put in turkey baking bag (in a pan ) put 1 stick of butter in the cavity & cut 1 apple in half & put it in the cavity also ! cook on 200 all night ! moist & delish ! poke a little hole in your bag too ! merry christmas !
