This is just my opinion but you do not need the drama of being with some one who has an ex wife and three kids. TRUST ME. Just enjoy your crush and be thankful that you are young and have no obligations to anyone but yourself.

The answer is in your question. He is married and until he isn't he isn't available. Think about it. Say you get with him and later he meets someone else. Would you want some other woman rationalizing why it would be ok to be with him. A cheater always returns to the crime he has gotten away with before.

How do you know he does not live with his wife??
Some guys lie about being seperated.
Also, legally he is still married. Now, I do not know why he is not divorced yet, but I'd be careful if I were you.

He is married....It's not right to do ANYTHING with him yet. IF, and that is a BIG IF, he is going to get a divorce, and you REALLY have a thing for him, U can wait.

i think you need to move around. would you want to be in the wifes shoes? where are your morals? who knows if what he is telling you is the truth. if he cheats then he is a liar too.
