She needs to be deported simple as that. This will be a good example of ow we are will not tolerate anchor babies any longer in this country. Also all the strong feelings for those feeling sorry for the woman because she is a single mother doesn't hurt my heart, she should of not done the deeds first coming here illegally and then also by breaking God's law and having a child out of wedlock.

That lady's iconic for 2 aspects of the debate, 'anchor baby', and the involvement of religious institutions in harboring illegal aliens.
The catholic church has been actively promoting(whether they'll admit it or not is another story) the infusion of illegal aliens from Mexico into the United States. For this, they should be fined and publicly warned. We have secular government in america, and a system of laws that has been drawn up over decades, and despite their millions of followers and billions of dollars, religious institutions still need to observe those laws, be they baptist, catholic, muslim, whathaveyou, the law's still the law, and needs to be followed. If you're breaking the law, and running to the church to avoid prosecution, that kind of speaks volumes as far as I'm concerned.
As for the other aspect of this, 'anchor baby', it refers to the 14th amendment of the Constitution, wherein it states that all persons born in the jurisdiction of our law are considered american citizens. That, by itself, isn't the problem so much as it's an issue of so-called 'chain migration', whereby your 'anchor baby' then brings in half the family with them....
On one hand, illegal immigration is a social burden, on the other, it's a big compliment, because for all the bad things you hear about america today, it sure is funny to see how fast people are willing to risk jail and getting deported to get in! LOLOL

The only "person" who can violate your right to free speech is the government. Yahoo is not a government entity and thus free to set its own standards as to what they will allow. Applying standards unfairly might be illegal, but it would be because it violated a law, not the first amendment.

We continue to have free speech. This site is privately owned by Yahoo, and Yahoo decides what is permitted on this site and what is not. Same as you decide what can be said in you home and what cannot, it has nothing to do with the right to free speech.
