None. Who going to be there to say it was you who did the test on the Internet?, and not your friend.

If you are looking to get into a certain trade, then call business' that are in that field and ask if any such certificate off the internet or any trade school would increase your chances for a job. If you don't have your HS diploma then get a GED. Its just about free. If you are a college grad, you can get some advanced education over the internet. You can also take courses on TV.
