Try going to the gym at least 3 times a week. Always make sure you are doing weight that pushes you. If it is too light and you can do 15 reps then you should go up in weight. Stick with heavy weights and lower reps, between 8 to 12 MAX. Eat right, a lot of protein but remember don't take anything to the extreme. You might want to start packing on bulk before you go hard with any cardio. Cardio is good to make sure that your heart is growing with your body but too much could make you lean, not good if you have no muscle yet. So do a little cardio here and there during the week but don't over do it. After a few months your muscle growth with begin to stop as if you have hit a wall, in this case switch up you routine to keep your muscles guessing and working differently. Grab a couple of magazines for different routines. Also make sure you rest well. Good Luck!

LIft weights three times a week. Do a weight that you can handle and when it gets easier, go up ten pounds. Do a little cardio of some kind five days a week. Watch your diet and avoid sodas.

Do research online, ask other body builders, go to gym, eat right, look into supplements, get lots of rest, don't overdo yourself, and be positive.
