I cut my hair a while back, and it looked good, but now, it's starting to grow out, and i don't like the way it looks. The only way i can comb it so that it looks okay is straighten it and leave it down, but i'm tired of that...what else could i do with it?!?!? please help!!! i don't want to cut it again because i want to let it grow...

I just ordered a hair accessory from HSN that clips onto your natural hair. You can get it any length, curly or straight. Just get it to match you own hair. Look it up on HSN. One of them is Todays special value and there are about a dozen other styles to choose from.

I agree with cluless, you need to get it trimmed. Not cut, trimmed. This way it will grow out right and not unevenly with a bunch of split ends.
Growing it is not easy, but you need to go through the rough stages to get the best part!
You didn't say if it was long or short. If it's short, spike it a bit. If it's long, pull it back in a half pony.

You just have to wait until it grows longer. I had same problem and I finally got long hair after 10 yrs of cutting over and over again. I concentrated on keeping my hair healthy and shiny. I go to my hair dresser every 6-8weeks to just do hair treaments or mair manicure that helps to maintain good hair condition and also you can change colors without damaging hair.

Have you tried to curl it? Or you could scrunch it with moose and diffuser to make waves. You could also braid it, crimp it, try using different clips/headbands, or just put it up till it grows out.

I'm had the same problem as you, took forever to grow mine out! I used to straighten my hair everyday, and it made it dry and limp, so i suggest not straightening every day. If you need to straighten it, you could use a blow dryer and just flip your head over and dry it with a brush, making it straight.

Good luck, try vitamins to speed up hair growth!

Maybe try a quick weave, wigs or extentions. It is a good way to look try future hair styles when you get the length you want. Or maybe tight curls.

Try some mousse and crunch it up with your fingers and let it air dry, lift up at the roots to help shape into how you prefer.
