First of all it sounds to me as though you have an advantage over very many people if you see those sins in yourself. The truth is, as the Bible shows us, that those sins are also in everybody but they can't or won't see them. Maybe God is closer to you than you think.
Remember the publican in Luke18 who stood afar off and would not lift up so much as his eyes to heaven but smote his breast saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. v13
What does Jesus say of him ?
I tell you this man went down to his house justified rather than the other (the Pharisee who thought he was O K and favoured by God) for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
God looks to the man who is poor (in spirit) and of a contrite spirit and trembles at His word. Isaiah 66/2
Secondly your feeling that God hates you and your feeling of condemnation is likely from the Devil in his attempts to deceive you and steal from you your approach to God. It can also be exacerbated by depression.
The Bible is God's word of truth and can be used to deliver you and even cut you free. We are to trust what God says for that cannot be broken despite our feelings. We are to walk by faith and not be ruled by feeling. Not easy but will require application and persistence.
For example Romans 8 says there is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. Then you must deny yourself daily and take up the cross and follow Christ in order to cut off the the flesh - the life that we would develop by our own natural resources - to live a life in growing dependence upon the Lord. We are to renounce the self life and pursue a humble and trusting walk with the Lord. This involves prayer at any time. It is hard to explain with words but God will show you as you commit to Him. It's a battle and you may only experience the love and peace of Jesus' message as He grants it to you.
I don't think it is you who is going to change yourself although you can excercise your will to choose against sin but it will be God who works into you the change.
Remember also that God commends His love to us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us - that includes you and me. Christ Jesus came into this world for the very purpose of saving sinners and He doesn't call the righteous to repentance but sinners - again you and me. Now God spared not His own Son but delivered him up for us all... (yes, it says for us all and that also includes you and me) Romans 8/32
I lay some store on Christ's word when He promised,... him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. Just keep going to Him then.
John Bunyan was in prison and feared to be hung and feared more that he wasn't Christ's.Though he wrestled with this fear he determined that if it should come to it he would leap off the scaffold trusting in Christ anyway. Even men like that can be assailed and tried with these desperate and damning thoughts. Yet his resolution was clearly faith even if he couldn't at that time see it.
Don't be put off by those condemnatory feelings when you look into the Bible but rather search for those promises and passages that will give you help and comfort and guidance and ultimately deliverance. We should all gain food and nourishment from the Bible each day.

The Bible makes clear the kind of conduct God hates. He gives everyone an opportunity to learn about him since He has made His Word available all over the world. He knows when people do wrong things out of ignorance and forgives them when they change their course after learning what pleases him. Notice some of the things God Hates ; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 - " What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom. And yet that is what some of YOU were. But YOU have been washed clean, but YOU have been sanctified, but YOU have been declared righteous in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God." (Galatians 5:19-23) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, and they are fornication, uncleanness, loose conduct, idolatry, practice of spiritism, enmities, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, contentions, divisions, sects, envies, drunken bouts, revelries, and things like these. As to these things I am forewarning YOU, the same way as I did forewarn YOU, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s kingdom. These are only two of many Bible texts showing how God views our bad conduct. There is also much said about the kind of conduct He approves of. The above text goes on to say, " On the other hand, the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control." I was 22 yrs. old when I learned the Bible was filled with instructions and counsel about how to live in a way the benefits our lives and brings God's approval. I began to study the Bible seriously and applied everything I learned. My life became so much better as a result. (2 Timothy 3:16,17 ; Isaiah 48:17,18)

You are looking beyond yourself trying to attain a purpose, what you seek you have found, you have judged what you are openly and honestly.
In asking this question you have opened your heart and soul it is a beginning, peace will come, look beyond all sight there he is waiting, god does not hate you nor the bible condemn you.
Peace be on you, look to the future leave the past what is done is done. Those that read this or those that you wronged in some way will forgive and god has forgiven you already.

It's not God, or Jesus that hates you, it's yourself, you condemn yourself, free your heart, and your mind, don't worry about God, first learn to have faith in yourself, trust yourself, then you will see that God has always been with you, and always will be no matter what you believe. Don't read to much in to what the bible says at this time, because much of it is written by man so man can control, so what I'm saying is don't put your faith in a book, put it in yourself, and God, and you will find the Peace you are looking for.
Love & Peace

Well, what you feel is more conviction from the word. John 3:17 says that He did not come to condemn you. Satan is a condemner and an accuser of the bretheren. Also, make sure that you aren't condemning yourself.
As you ask for forgivness, remember to make a conscious decision to FORGIVE YOURSELF for how you feel. No one is perfect. We all have our up and down days. But it's how we DEAL with those days that sets us apart from the rest. Be transparent with God. Tell him point blank how you feel and ask him to change you -- you can not change yourself. He will begin to deal with you where you are.... and over time you will see a change. Trust in him and lean not to your own understanding, acknowledge him and he will direct your path. Also...be patient!! Things don't change over night. You have to find the root of your emotions..where did it start? why did it start? --then work your way up from there...praying as you go through.
Hang in there!! God Bless!!

God does not hate you - he loves you as a loving father.
The bible condemns you as a sinner but there is a great Hope in Jesus Christ. He came into the world to sinners like you and me.
Read John chapter 3 verse 16. Do you have bible believing Christian friends. Talk to them and go to church with them. Ask them to pray for you. Their pastor will be able to help you and lead you to Jesus, but it will be up to you to commit yourself to Him. I will pray for you and would ask that any Christians out there who read this answer will also pray for this person that they may find what they need.

Jesus came BECAUSE WE COULDN'T CHANGE OURSELVES TO BE PERFECT. If we could change ourselves, we wouldn't need a savior.
In the following, Jesus is talking about YOU and all who recognize their failures to be perfect:
Matt 9:10-13
10 While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew's house, many tax collectors and "sinners" came and ate with him and his disciples. 11 When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, "Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and 'sinners'?"
12 On hearing this, Jesus said, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
(from New International Version)
Actually, this include ALL people, but a lot of them won't admit it:
Rom 3:9-20
We have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under sin. 10 As it is written:
"There is no one righteous, not even one; 11 there is no one who understands,
no one who seeks God. 12 All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one." 13 "Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit." "The poison of vipers is on their lips." 14 "Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness." 15 "Their feet are swift to shed blood; 16 ruin and misery mark their ways, 17 and the way of peace they do not know." 18 "There is no fear of God before their eyes."
19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. 20 Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin.
(from New International Version)
But when you accept Jesus' salvation for YOU, then you become a newborn child of God and then the following applies:
Rom 8:1-4
8:1 Therefore, there is now NO CONDEMNATION for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.
(from New International Version) (Emphasis mine)
If this is for you, then go and find some real Christian friends who know the love of God and show it in how they treat others.

God is incapable of hate, hate goes against everything he stands for if that were so then he would be a liar, and that he is not, maybe you should try harder to live his laws and commandments, and read the scriptures, that is how you will grow closer to him and when you pray listen, you should spend the more part of your praying by listening.

A way I found helpful is to write a list of my sins, asking God to reveal them to me, then to write across the list the promise of God in 1 John 1:9 - "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us of all unrighteousness." You should experience a great release and a new ability to receive the love of God in Christ (Romans 5:8).

truth be known my friend, no one on earth is perfect. so really shouldn't God hate us all? but he doesn't the fact you dont feel God in your life indicates you don't forgive yourself for the things you have done, inspite of your attempts to act cool and "not bothered".
You have to forgive others, for them to forgive you. Jesus on the cross thought his father had left him....but he hadn't. My advice would be to find someone to confide in and pour out your troubles and thoughts, and if you are sceptical about the existence of God, a mere mortal will do ...for now.

Trust. Its hard. just remember salvation is a journey. When your heart believes and trusts, you are saying you have trust God, and you have been JUSTIFIED (freedom from the PENALTY of sin). Our response, should be one of thankfulness. Daily, we are still in the presense of sin, but Jesus has given us the freedom from the POWER of sin over us (daily trusting and walking with Him, trust Him, not our feelings, feelings can be flaky). Because one day, we will be glorified, we will no longer struggle, we will be as pure as God because of what Jesus did, and we will have freedom from the PRESENSE of sin.
Philippians 1:6 (New International Version)
6being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
