There is no easy way to lose weight. You are going to have to discipline yourself to eat healthier food with control of when you eat. Fruits and whole wheats is a good replacement for junk. The bulk of it will make you stay full longer. Green Tea helps with your metabolism, but it made me hungry all day! I guess it does work with that, but it didn't suppress my appettite like one of the writers (I'm not trying to be mean to that person, it is just my personal experience). But it can help speed up your metabolism. It just depends on what your focus is on losing weight. I think the real answer is changing your eating habits and doing that dredful word called excersize. At least start walking for 30 minutes a day. Doing that and changing your foods will gauranteeeeeee weight loss. So stick to the berries or any other fruit, vegatables, plenty of water, and 100% whole wheat starches, ...you will see a difference. :)

Well first you have to REALLY want to lose the weight, I know I use to weigh like close to two hundred pounds it took me a long time to lose it. Even though I didn't want to weigh that much. I didn't lose anything until I really really wanted to. You have to be ready to say no to alot of diff. kinds of foods. Not for forever but to atleast be able to eat in small portions I'm down to 135 and I still have a way to go for my 5"3 size but I'm getting there and so will you when ur ready because it shouldn't feel like a diet it should be like a different better way of life and you should start by not having all these good fattening snacks around. okay I'm overweight and what i try to do is cut my portions down.......... get little sandwich baggies and put a tiny amount of, potato chips (or whatever), put em in ya pantry and only eat 1 or 2 a day.......... and go for diet foods, like eat baked potato chips (they are so awesome!) or low fat ones........ its hard, but you'll get through it.
Oh and plus, not eating is so not good for you. And eating a little is not all that can help........ you have to exercise. Try getting a CD of your fave tunes or an mp3 or anything (lol) get you some weights, make your own outta things around the house (e.g. gallon of milk, book, or a heavy tool) or do like crunches or sit ups!!!! don't over do it though......... cause then it sux so bad!!!!! happy dieting!
p.s.
Its okay to pig out every once in a while.......... and just cause ya might of "done bad" by like eating something, its okay, just continue with the good stuff...... And go out to eat every once in awhile, cause its okay............. just try different things on the menu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!

It is so easy for people to say DONT EAT..but it is hard..are you trying to lose weight the healthy way? Make sure you drink lots of water, and to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. EAt vegetables and fruits.Try to keep yourself busy so you wot think about food. Take a walk do some excersize, call a friend, or snack on healthy stuff.
Maybe you could also talk to your doctor about it.

I find myself having that problem at times but there is one question you need to ask b4 I give you my answer.... is there a baby on board?? If not I would say drink lots of water and try to work out at least 30 min everyday. Also try chewing sugar less gum. Eating a lot during the day is not bad if it is health and about every 3 hrs in small portions.

Eat healthy when you want to snack...and just snack here and there til a meal which you should eat just enough to make you feel satisfied.
Start excercising alittle bit. Once you get motivated into working out it can be fun. If you can afford it get a membership at a local gym and work with a personal trainer.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF
Cut your snack intakes. Just have three meals a day. AND DON"T SKIP BREAKFAST! Skipping breakfast can cause your metabolism to slow down, and thus, you gain more weight.
Maybe you can even get a hobby to do instead of snacking. It helps.

first, change the tape thats going around your head...say things like... I have no appitite, say... I can't eat anything...say... I'm not hungry...then say stuff like, I can't seem to put on weight no matter how hard I try. Buy a pair of jeans the size you want to be...say a ten...then look at them every day and say...THESE JEANS FIT ME!
