I answered a question a couple of days ago, and I am still thinking about it.

someone asked what did you learn at church to make you more Christ like or conform more to Christ.

I think as Christians, we should ask ourselves that at every sermon/service we attend.
What do you think?

Well for one thing there is no once saved crap, so, we should be conforming our lives to Christ every second of every day. "For those who were baptized into Christ, have put on Christ."

Living the Christian life isn't hard, it's impossible without the Holy Spirit's help. If you try to live it in your own strength, you'll fail. Ask God for wisdom, strength and discernment.

Sadly many seem to be learning just the opposite.

So many bigots pretending to be Christians these days.

God teaches us to gather together to edify and build each other up in Christ. He doesn't need it, its another one of those things meant to bless us.

I think you should ask that question every day, church or no church.

Good point.

And even BEYOND that... we should ask ourselves how we can be CHRIST-LIKE with EACH BREATH we take...

Peace be with you.
