Help with Camera?

On a Nixon Coolpix L4 I turn it on and it says "Memory Card is write protected" because I can't take any pictures and I want to so how do you make it not say that.

Some memory cards have a write protection switch integrated on the side or back of the memory card to prevent the content from being erased or overwritten by accident. Make sure your card is in the unlocked position and try again. This should solve your problem.
