She is your sister in law. Your sister's husband would be your brother in law, so that would make his sister your sister in law as well.

Nope. You have no relation to this person because you aren't the one who is getting married. He would just be your brother in law and you would be his sister in law. And like you and this guy, your sister would gain a sister in law and so will his sister. None of this complicated-ness.
