If I stop talking, they just look at me, and look away, and they don't ask me anything. It's like they're doing me a favor talking to me. How can I make them intrigued, and interested to talk to me. After all, we are strangers, and it is slightly awkward. All suggestions welcome

Once a question is asked, that should lead to a conversation. If she is not talking back, she is not interested, move on.

i would start the conversation by asking the women what they are interested in and after a while of converastion i would let the women know that you will answer any questions that they may have for you and maybe this way the women know that you will also answer questions and that you do not like to be the only one asking questions

be funny with your questions. Ask questions that start long conversations about work school family how she feels and always commet her on how she looks and such a smile with every answer is ideal

they really should pair up the top answerers here with the top questioners
could make for lasting friendships or matchings for life I think
If you don't like looking at their bodies and faces, maybe you should try men instead.
