You left out quite a bit of information. When where you supposed to receive the furniture? Have you contacted them to request a refund? You will never receive a refund if you don't ask. You can dispute the charge with the credit card issuer. If you take this route, you must do so within a certain time after the charge first appears on your statement. After that, your rights are significantly reduced.

If you are in the US, then you may immediately get a credit, by filing a dispute claim with the credit card company. They will suspend any due date until they have researched the transaction. If the merchant agrees with you, you will receive a credit.
You may call the dispute into the credit card company, but make sure to ask them if you need to put it in writing. some companies require they be notified in writing.

Are they refusing to give you the furniture you paid for? If so, you can probably initiate a chargeback with your credit card company. How long it will take will depend on your company's policies.
