No, those things don't help. They are products just sold by people to make money only because they are cashing in on one of the major problems with our society: the pursuit of unreal perfection.
I don't know how old you are, but really, this doesn't matter. Women of all ages, shapes, and sizes are not satisfied with their bodies because they believe our culture is telling them to look a certain way. Stop giving into these unacceptable and insane expectations!!! Appreciate your body the way it is. I'm not saying to not try and make your body the best it can be, but think of the "best" body as a healthy body, not as a Barbie clone.
If you are worried about what men will think about your smaller chest, don't. Some men like big breasts, some like smaller ones, and most just like them in any size. Really.

No pill or cream will help the breasts to grow evenly! Tell your friend not to be too hard on herself...many women have breasts that aren't perfect. Plastic surgery is a risky, expensive alternative.

No. Don't waste your money on that stuff. The only way to enlarge your breasts is to get breast implants.

I'm a nurse. No only surgery helps. I would seek the advice of a surgeon. You can also get a payment plan, they offer them now in days. I love mine and is glad i did. Take care.

Try and not be bummed cuz they are small. Girls with biggins only get the wrong kind of attention, unless that's what you want. I myself prefer small and perky. Not all guys like biggins. Do you want guys to like you for "Them" or do you want guys to like you for who you really are?

no !!! your breast are fat cells and fat tissue, so your breast are the size, depending on how many fat cells and fat tissue that you have. do not waste your money on gimmicks.
