Stoning a woman to death for not screaming loud enough while being raped is a rightful killing of the wicked per the bible.
You would have a hard time convincing anyone that this is in anyway a justified killing of the wicked and not murder.

The rightful killing of the...What?! I'm sorry, but that most certainly is murder. I don't care if it's to save your own ***, killing someone is murder no matter how you look at it. Which, then would mean that the Bible does indeed advocate murder, just that they don't support killing simply for profits. But then again, who can truly say who the "wicked" truly are?
Am I wicked then for not being a Christian and being a Pagan? Should the Christians strike me down because I could be condemned and "wicked" in the minds of others?

The Bible doesn't advocate killing at all. You got it all wrong (if you have read it at all). It says that a Christian must prey even for his enemies, be all-forgiving. So the wicked must not be killed but turned to the right way and forgiven for all their sins. Such false understanding of the Bible as yours a lot of times caused not only confusion but a also a lot of terrible mistakes that resulted even in killing a lot of people (like the times of the Inquisition).
When one reads the Bible he should pay attention to everything it says not see only what he wants to see.

thats the way it goes when there is no government. I'll bet fewer innocent people suffered the death penalty than died from that in Texas this year alone. You must weigh out the social situation if you are going to maintaining the illusion of being fair.

Haven't you heard? Abortion ISN'T murder. It's legal, therefore it CANNOT be murder.
Same goes for killings by God, or advocated by the Bible.

A priest's daughter who loses her honor by committing fornication and thereby dishonors her father also, shall be burned to death.Leviticus 21:9........ok that is definitely rightful killing isn't it?
But if this charge is true (that she wasn't a virgin on her wedding night), and evidence of the girls virginity is not found, they shall bring the girl to the entrance of her fathers house and there her townsman shall stone her to death, because she committed a crime against Israel by her unchasteness in her father's house. Thus shall you purge the evil from your midst. (Deuteronomy 22:20-21
More rightful killing. Women do not determine their sex lives. Of course no men are killed for not remaining virgins. That would not be rightful.

Killing the wicked makes pretty good sense, actually.
But then, who gets to say who "the wicked" are?
Thank goodness none of them will be in Heaven!!

Yeah, people don't have any right to kill other people unless it is to save their own life. Anything else is flat out murder, any way you slice it.

apparently these men, women, children AND babies were wicked.
Sa 15:3 "Go and attack the Amalekites! Destroy them and all their possessions. Don't have any pity. Kill their men, women, children, and even their babies. Slaughter their cattle, sheep, camels, and donkeys."
