Could easily be anxiety - but you really have to get this checked out by your GP. Check there's nothing sinister going on.

It is anxiety by the sound of it. You can get relief from this with relaxation techniques and or medicine from your doctor. Don't let it go on it will only get worse every time you are stressed. No big deal really as it is just your body telling you it has had enough of whatever is making you anxious. See your doctor it is very common.

Well....it could be anxiety as everyone else has said....on the other hand how much alcohol are you drinking? Are you having a lot of caffiene enhanced drinks such as coca cola? These things have caused these symptoms in me.

Also if you take any other substances that aren't strictly legal then you could experience these symptoms

Yes, your GP should be your first port of call.
Tell them exactly how it feels physically and mentally, and also what particular activity or situation brings it on.
Once the physical causes have been eliminated, you could start thinking about positive and creative changes you can bring into your life, in order to lessen the pressure you are obviously experiencing at the moment.
Best of luck.

Sounds exactly like a panic attack. I had them in college and for a long time I was afraid I had a heart condition. So I went to the university medical center to see a heart doctor and she told me it was a panic attack.

Could be a panic attack. You may not feel panicked on the outside, but something inside of you says there is something wrong.

Probably, as you say, anxiety.

Read some books on how to deal with it and try to cut out caffeine, alcohol and other stimulants.

Dianetics can also solve the causes of anxiety.

This sounds like a panic attack. I would contact your dr as soon as possible. Take it easy and get it taken care of. It could lead to furthur problems.

It could be anxiety... but you'd better see your doctor to rule out a more dangerous physical condition like tachycardia (rapid heart beat).
