idealist.org
nptimes.org
chronicle of philanthropy has LOTS of job listings
as does opportunityNOCS.org

also, start volunteering as soon as possible, rack up some good experience and karma....

put together a good resume and talk about the things you did in the forprofit jobs that can be transfered to nonprofit...

decide if you want management or program work... and tailor your resume and start looking for jobs in the area you want...

so if you want a job as a social worker... start doing the things that will get you ready. take a few classes, start volunteering as a peer councelor or in a place that offers councelling... and start looking for entry level jobs in an organization that you can get your feet grounded in nonprofits...

good luck!

Both http://www.careerbuilder.com and http://www.monster.com have "Nonprofit" as a Job Category for their searches, and many organizations post jobs there.

You might also want to consider "working your way up" by volunteering first at an organization about which you care alot, then gradually helping out with more, helping the organization raise money, etc, until it is clear that you are qualified to have a staff position with them.

That would also be a good way to prepare your resume for a bid at a job with a non-profit organization.
