I would like to get my free credit report, I heard that you have the right to get one once a year, Would it count as an inquire when you order your free annual credit report?...I already have lots of inquires.

No, it's not an inquiry. It's your right.

When you request a credit report, it is considered not considered a hard inquiry. Therefore, it does not affect your score. The only way a credit check will affect your score is if you apply for any form of credit. You are entitled to 1 FREE report from each of the 3 credit agencies every 12 months. You can go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com/ to obtain them.

No, inquires by you do not count towards your credit score
