I need emergency dental work tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. and am not supposed to take blood thinners. The pain is so great that over the counter meds no longer help. Will it hurt my dental visit tomorrow if I take a left over vicodine from prior dental work?

Not for a few doses, it doesn't.

Believe it or not, people, acetaminophen will have a similar anti-clotting effect to aspirin if you take it for long enough. This would not be a problem within a few days, though.

I don't believe it is a blood thinner it is a narcotic with Acetaminophen in it (Tylenol). You should really consult your dentist before you take it.
