Check the website you are thinking of ordering from. They should have a list of states that they will ship to. I know -- I tried with a special beer for my husband and Delaware is on the "forbidden" list!

YES! last year i mailed cigars, champagne and wine as a wedding present....there was an online shop in CA and they shipped it to Buffalo for me....sorry i cannot remember the web adress! But there were many to choose from....

Yes, but my personal reccomendation is to go buy some nice local wines from your local grocer then go to a local shipping shop and have it shipped from there.

it depends where you live. for most states it is ok to ship to NJ. However, the package must be received by someone 21 yrs old.

as long as there is someone 21 to sign for the package when it arrives, the UPS man actually checked my ID ( that made me feel good)
