Depends on your skin tone... Some people once a week, some a couple times a week. Be careful though, tanning is thought to be responsible for 40% more cases of skin cancer in the last ten years.

Abot a dozen times at least to get the nice dark tan without overdoing it.

i go daily. i like the experience of tanning on a bed. my tan is dark, year round.

Once, I just stay in the sun for several hours...I tan easily.
