I haven't been at the computer too long! I'm too young to drink alcohol.

My diet's fine. I'm sleeping at night. I don't wake up at all during the night and I feel fine when I first wake up. Once I get out of bed to go get Breakfast or I start moving around alot is when I have problems. I fell asleep during one of my classes at school. I'm a complete nerd. I love school. This isn't like Me!

You should go see your doctor if it continues. Fatigue is often a symptom of underlying illness. It could be anything. I wish you luck.

I've had the same problem.. usually related to stress. If there have been any changes in your life recently like a new job, a test at school you're worried about etc.. that can stress you out. Sometimes you can be stressed and not even know it because your body is handling it for you.. causing the headaches, lack of sleep etc. Just try to find something relaxing to do before bed, read a book, watch a movie, etc. This helps your body relax from the stress and get in the "mood" to sleep. Also make sure you are eating right and drinking plenty of fluids, these things, if don't improperly, can also effect your body's ability to handle stress.

I suggest a visit to the doctor.. you could possibly have an iron deficiency (that would be my guess) .... or (now this is way out there... (but a very VERY slight possibility...) M.S.. Now, don't fret about that... but its always good to rule those out. Good luck hon!

Could be stress or depression. Pain and tiredness are symptoms of depression.
