my friend's depressed cuz one of our friends left us... she's been obsessing on her for about... hmm... 2 months now... i think.. she doesnt want to stop talking about her... but she doesnt want to admit it...what should i do?

she is to self absorbed and needs to stop thinkin about self to much needs a reailty ck on life that will do it

I think over time you need to help remind your friend that she still has other friends who care for her. If she keeps obsessing about the one she has lost, then she runs the risk of losing the rest of them too! If her depression continues, I'd recommend that she seek medical help and may need a course of anti-depressants. Good luck.

tell your friend that she doesnt need that person. that person obviously didnt give a flip about you all and tell ur friend that she doesnt need to worry about that person any more because she can do better than than that person. tell ur friend that she has you, and that should count for sumthing =)
oh wait, what do you mean by "left us"? did she die or just stop hanging out with you all? cuz i thot you meant the second thing i put...

well what exactly do you mean by one of our friends letf us as in passed away or moved. A good thing for you to do for her is be by her side, confort her, let her know that she's really worriying you and i'm sure she'll under stand i hope. if that doesnt work with i hope it will work then have her talk to a counseler or her own mom or dad or any other adult figure.

well what do you mean left she passed on because that could really take a toll on some one and i could understand why she keeps on and on about her..but if she just moved or something tell her she should try to call her and there is the computer..she can keep in touch..
