Is the a mental illness when you have the tendencies to try to start grudges or fights with people around you? for no real reason at all?

It's called "rottenattitudeitis", and can only be cured by seeing someone who knows how to help you....not us in answers....good luck...

sounds like you have underlying agression issues. the best thing to do would be to see a counsoler.

i had a friend like this. it got to the point where no one wanted to go hang out with them because something always happened. it always seemed like they were miserable inside and after awhile they would get so frustrated with their lot in life they just blew up.

find someone to help you gain perspective.

I think it is just a personality flaw...some people are just plain argumentive, and will fight you to the end no matter what...no disease,...just a personality trait..and I am right, and you're wrong...and that is just the way it is...LOL

Often people who are bipolar will be aggressive while in a manic or mixed state.

maybe your bypolar or have an emotional problem that you cant get out of your head and just need to take your anger out on someone

tourette syndrome - Uninhibited verbal abuse, not purposely, but still pretty bad

Panic disorder - Quick to react to any stress

and finally

anxiety disorder- kinda like panic disorder, but reaction varies
