Mine came with it but if you have the startup disk, go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components.
I think you can do it from there...not sure though. Have you searched the net?

Windows Movie Maker should come preinstalled, but if it doesn't, you can look for it at Microsoft Update or Windows Update sites. Microsoft may ask you to verify your version of windows, but other than that, it should be available. If those don't work go to the Knowlage Base and type it in. Or you can see the list of all updates available and manually select the download for Windows Movie Maker (Two is the most current I believe?)

If you have Windows XP, you should already have Windows Movie Maker. Just click Start, All Programs, and Windows Movie Maker should be listed.
If that doesn't work, try reading this:

Do a search in windows for it. It's there unless you did a custom install and left it out.
