There are scholarships out there for pharmacy school, but they are not as plentiful as for high school students applying for college. Even a small scholarship can lower the cost spent on student loans.

Pharmacists, like medical doctors, are usually in serious debt when they first get out of pharmacy school. I haven't heard of any programs out there currently that pay the loans back, but it should be quite easy to repay the loans fairly quickly. You'll probably have to take a retail job for a few years though, because that's where the money is.

In my area, the sign-on bonuses are running upwards of 30K with base salaries of 100K annualy. That will pay off student loans PDQ.

I graduated with NO debts. I'm proud of that.
