Eat low calorie foods that you can have big quantities of like fruits, vegetables, lowfat popcorn. If you starve yourself, your body will start storing fat and calories instead of using them.

Eat Pasta, just pasta, no oil,sauce,butter, just pasta. Or Rice, no butter,no sauces, just Rice.
1/2 the world survives on less, so it can be done.

believe it or not, after a couple of days, it's easier to not eat at all than to eat in moderation. for me, anyway. i wouldn't recommend doing this, though. and, yes, i do follow my own advice and i do eat.

Have someone break your jaw, they'll have to wire it shut to heal and you won't be able to eat anything.
