Depending on the exercise, you will not gain muscular body weight whilst dieting

for example if you are running/swimming etc regular i don't think you are going to be gaining any noticeable muscle!

"on the other hand" if you try to diet and at the same time are weight training then you will possibly start gaining muscle while at the same time losing losing fat!

WOULD THAT BE A BAD THING?
